We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will support QA and R&D systems, while also having a basic understanding of ERP, PLM, JIRA and MES systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements for QA and R&D systems
- Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of applications
- Development and characterization of the organization's needs
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of QA and R&D systems
- Understanding the need of system users and providing end-to-end support to users, including guidance and instruction
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and user guides for QA and R&D systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within company’s processes
Requirements
B.A In Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of QA and R&D systems such as JIRA, DOORS, QAIS systems.
- Experience in the development of Priority - an advantage for a manufacturing company.
- Deep familiarity with the modules and work processes in Priority - production, inventory management, sales, service and maintenance and finance.
- Experience in writing characterization documents, tests - an advantage.
- Experience in implementing processes and systems - an advantage.
- Familiarity with PLM and MES systems - an advantage for a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
