We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and using data-driven approaches to optimize business operations. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement and streamline operations.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and teams to design and implement operational solutions.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and assess the impact of improvements.
  • Conduct training and workshops to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation, procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving quality, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to operational excellence.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience working with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams (advantage).

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
