Global Supply Chain & Production Director

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain & Production Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations and production processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building resilient supply chains and developing efficient operational processes to support our manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain in India, with an established local supply team.
• Develop world wide global supply chain philosophy based on Rada’s main interest
• Support USA operation with extending current supply chain capabilities
• Mange procurement of Rada’s major machinery, equipment and buildings modification
• Coordinate and manage production sites establishment and local home markets strategies actions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in world wide supply chain management and production processes, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
