FP&A Analyst

About The Role

• Generate budget vs. actuals analysis, investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers.
• Define, calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), to drive actionable insights.
• Provide support for the annual planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Manage monthly close process and produce budget variance reports.
• Working closely with multiple teams and management in Israel and USA.
• Consolidate financial forecast and analysis.
• Promotion of operational efficiency and savings plans

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst from companies with high growth.
• Proven experience Budget, forecast and actual analysis, Business KPI definitions & analysis.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Experience in building, managing, processing, and reporting of performance.
• High Ability with VBA Excel – an advantage
•  Knowledge and experience with Priority system – an advantage
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Work independently and adapt a fast-changing environment.
• Professional level in English - Must
