About The Role

  • Lead and manage a team of finance employees, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
  • Prepare and present timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with state, and local financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard the organization’s financial resources.
  • Leading the control over purchase to payment cycle.
  • Working closely with multiple teams and management in Israel and USA.
  • Prepare different analyses and assist with various tasks related to daily activities
  • Assisting with the annual budgeting process and supporting quarterly forecasts, analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA- an advantage)
  • Qualified CPA (with a Big 4 firm– an advantage)   
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance (not includes internship), with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting standards
  • Knowledge and experience in financial software and ERP systems (Priority system – an advantage), with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and make an impact
  • Excellent communication and service orientation skills
  • Professional level in English - Must
