Technical Leadership in System Design:

• Oversee the technical characterization, system design, and architecture of radar-based electronic systems.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in system design processes, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead the development of architectural frameworks and technical roadmaps to align with project and organizational goals.

Team Management & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system architects, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Set clear team goals, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with R&D, project management, and other engineering disciplines to align system architecture with product requirements and project milestones.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in Radar Systems engineering is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a System Engineer with a strong background in system architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in multidisciplinary environments.
• Hands-on R&D experience in RF, board design, or algorithm development is an advantage.
• Experience in the defense industry is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems, including software, hardware and algorithms.
• Familiarity with RF systems is a major advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
