We are looking for a service Oriented Help Desk Specialist with High technical knowledge level to be part in DRS RADA Technologies IT Services Team in Beit Shean
The Team provides IT support to DRS RADA’s employees, responsible for user's equipment, accounts and more.
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance.
• Provide support On-Site\Remotely.
• Basic troubleshooting of the local office network switches, access points and printers.
• Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
• User, Groups, and Permissions management across all company systems\services.
• Monitor and work with the Help desk support ticketing system.
• Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain the IT systems documentation.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Provide software and hardware technical assistance.
