Ronit Bar joined DRS RADA Technologies in 2017 and has served as Vice President of Human Resources since July 2018.
In her role, she leads the Human Resources function across the Business Unit, with responsibility for HR strategy, organizational development, talent, leadership, and overall HR effectiveness.
Prior to joining DRS RADA Technologies, Ms. Bar held senior Human Resources and Organizational Development positions at Given Imaging/Medtronic from 2005 to 2017, gaining extensive experience in global organizations undergoing significant growth and change.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an organizational and management consultant with several leading consulting firms. Ms. Bar holds an M.A. in Organizational Sociology, an Executive M.A. in Security and Diplomatic Studies, and a B.A. in Political Science from Bar-Ilan University
