Supply Chain Material Planner

Description

DRS RADA Technologies, a defense company that develops life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for its facility in Beit She’an.

Job Description:

 * Monitoring and managing the material supply chain to support the production plan with subcontractors

 * Preparing a consolidated shortage report for all subcontractors

 * Tracking shortages with company suppliers and the procurement department

 * Ensuring timely material supply, including receipt into the warehouse

 * Issuing material requests to the warehouse, including performance control and tracking critical shortages

 * Ensuring material availability according to requirements, with weekly status updates with subcontractor managers

 * Coordinating material shipments to subcontractors, including the coordination of tasks with drivers

 * Working with ERP and PLM system

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role

Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (Priority / SAP – an advantage)

Strong Excel skills

Good level of English

Education: Bachelor’s degree / relevant training – an advantage
