Planning Project Manager

Description

DRS RADA is a global pioneer in radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking Production Planning and Control (PPC) project managers for serial production products at the Beit Shean factory.

In this role, you will take full ownership of production planning management for a family of radar products, Including:

• Lead end-to-end production planning, execution, and control for company products.
• Prioritize manufacturing activities and subcontractor operations while optimizing resource utilization and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage and execute work orders on the production floor, including kit scheduling with the warehouse.
• Perform production feasibility analysis and shortage simulations.
• Act as the main point of contact with program managers in Netanya for all product-related matters.
• Plan and manage material shortages in close collaboration with the Supply Chain team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in PPC / project management within a manufacturing environment (electronics industry – an advantage).
• Experience working with ERP systems – mandatory (Priority – a significant advantage).
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
