Material Planner

Description

DRS RADA Technologies, a defense manufacturing company producing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Material Planner for its Beit She’an manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily work with computers and information systems for inventory management, control, and maintenance.
• Responsible for handling inventory discrepancies and performing inventory adjustments in the system.
• Analyze data, perform inventory controls, and generate inventory reports.
• Maintain and update material master data in the system.
• Prepare and analyze periodic inventory simulations and present reports and findings.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and periodic inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and drive actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional interfaces to support inventory control, monitoring, and improvement of inventory processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics & Management – Required.
• Strong inventory management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple organizational functions, including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including report creation and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, including Priority ERP – Advantage.
• Ability to independently manage projects and multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
