DRS RADA is a global pioneer for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
The ERP Financial System Analyst / Implementor is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of financial modules within the ERP system.
This role combines hands-on functional expertise in finance processes with strong system implementation capabilities, ensuring that ERP solutions effectively support financial operations and business requirements.
The position works closely with Finance, IT/MIS, and business stakeholders to drive successful ERP implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Configuration
- Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations (requirements → design → configuration → testing → go-live).
- Configure and support financial modules within the ERP system.
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
2. Financial Functional Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert in ERP Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL).
- Accounts Payable (AP).
- Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Fixed Assets.
- Costing (advantage).
- Ensure accurate mapping of financial processes within the ERP system.
- Support financial closing processes and reporting requirements.
3. Oracle ERP Implementation
- Support implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle ERP (mandatory).
- Participate in system design and configuration aligned with Oracle best practices.
- (Advantage) Participate in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation / migration projects.
- Collaborate on integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, etc.).
4. Business Support & Process Alignment
- Work closely with Finance teams to understand and support business processes.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Assist in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support user training and documentation.
5. Data, Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support data validation, migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Execute and support system testing (SIT/UAT).
- Identify and resolve functional gaps.
6. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance requirements.
- Support SOX / ITGC controls implementation (if applicable).
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations and processes.
Requirements
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing financial modules.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects (end-to-end or key phases).
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP (mandatory).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP – Advantage.
- Deep understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with integrations and data handling within ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, delivery-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global or multi-site organizations.
- Experience in ERP transformation programs.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance frameworks.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
