The personal data will be processed and stored lawfully, fairly and transparently by DRS RADA Technologies. In the course of processing your data, we act in good faith, in a proportionate manner, and with the appropriate technical and organizational measures employed, considering the risks represented by the processing procedure and the nature of the personal data protected by Us.

DRS RADA Technologies is making its best efforts to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of personal data processed by us meets the requirements of any applicable data protection laws and regulations applicable to our Website’s activity.

From time to time, we may amend this Policy. The foregoing notwithstanding, IP address and identifiable information will not be linked to the analytics data. For this purpose, we use Google Analytics as further described in our Cookies Policy
  2. We process and store your personal data, as you provide it in the appropriate online forms and areas of the website, as further elaborated in section 6 below (for example, in the context of a job application, and a “contact us” form).
  3. If you decide to contact us via email or by using our contact form provided on our website, any personal data you input in or attach to the correspondence will be collected, such as name, email address, contact details etc.

All the information we collect, process and store mentioned above shall be referred to hereinabove and hereinafter as “Personal Data.”

Withdrawal of Consent and Objecting to Processing.

You may file for the revocation or withdrawal to our collection, use or processing of your Personal Data at any time, upon sending your request to [email protected].

You may also to request we temporarily suspend the processing of your Personal Data if (i) you have concurrently requested us to rectify your Personal Data, (ii) in the interim until we have checked your demand if you have reason to believe our processing is unlawful and have requested us to delete it, (iii) if you require personal data you have provided for a legal process.

Upon receipt of your notification, we will revert back to you and thereafter cease the collection, use or processing of your Personal Data, or suspend/delete your account, as applicable according to the content of your request, unless we are legally obliged or authorized to retain your Personal Data, including for ongoing legitimate business interests, and we shall revert back to you in response to your notification and inform you accordingly in such an event.

“Right to be Forgotten” and Right for Data Rectification.

You may also request the erasure or correction of any or all of your personal data, which is held by DRS RADA Technologies in relation to Website.

The foregoing notwithstanding, DRS RADA Technologies will, unless you have chosen to delete all of your personal data, store just enough of your personal data to ensure that your aforementioned instructions and restrictions are respected in the future.

In the event of deletion of your personal data according to your request results in DRS RADA Technologies no longer being able to provide you with access to any or all parts of Website, we shall notify you accordingly, but in so requesting, you hereby irrevocably agree and waive any claim against DRS RADA Technologies for our inability to access or use such areas or parts of the Website, including any interruption or malfunction resulting from fulfilling your request.

Upon sending your request to [email protected], we will delete/correct your Personal Data and/or remove or correct your Personal Data from any or all of our records, as applicable according to the specifics of your request, as soon as reasonably possible and when technically feasible, unless there is an overriding legal interest or another authorized basis for the continuation of the data processing, and we shall revert back to you in response to your above mentioned notification and shall inform you accordingly in such an event.

In the event of correction of Personal Data upon your request results in DRS RADA Technologies no longer being able to provide you with any or all of our services via the website, we shall notify you accordingly, but in so requesting, you hereby irrevocably agree and waive any claim against DRS RADA Technologies for our inability to provide the services through the website, or any interruption or malfunction in Service resulting from fulfilling your request.

Note that your request for deletion or correction of your personal data, may also be rejected by DRS RADA Technologies for lack of relevant information provided by you, upon which you will be notified accordingly as mentioned above.

  • The personal data we collect on you and that is used by DRS RADA Technologies includes the data required for us:
  • To perform analytics and statistical analysis of Website to ensure its stability and integrity and in order to improve our Website (and/or Services should such be introduced to the Website in the future);

  • Processing your CV, cover letter and contact details as part of the application for a position in our Company through our “Careers” Area of the Website and contacting you in response thereto.

DRS RADA Technologies hereby guarantees that personally identifiable data collected on the Website will not be shared in any manner which is not specifically set out in this Data Protection Policy or in the Terms of Use.

Be advised that we employ third party service providers to assist us in collecting the analytics and trend information regarding the Website. We have selected these service providers with utmost care and have verified their obligations to comply with the applicable data protection in the provision of their service.

In this regard, we may need to transfer personal data to such third-party service providers’ that servers or points of contact are located outside the EEA. In such cases, prior to the transfer we ensure that either the data recipient provides an appropriate level of data protection or that you have consented to the transfer.

DRS RADA Technologies hereby guarantees that it will not share or transfer your Personal Data to any third parties, whether in Israel or outside of Israel, other than in any of the following events:

You hereby waive any and all claims against DRS RADA Technologies in respect of the use of your Personal Data as provided above.

8. Data retention and deletion

DRS RADA Technologies deletes personal data where the purpose for which the data was being collected or processed ceases to apply, or if applicable data protection rules require us to delete such personal data, unless we have overriding legal interest or another authorized lawful basis for the continuation of the data processing.

However, we shall keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you access to Website such as complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes, such as where necessary for our legitimate interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of our users.

The COMPANY Service is not intended for children under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data relating to children and minors under the age of 18 years, or less according to applicable local laws unless We are legally obliged to do so.

If we become aware that Personal Data was transferred to us or collected by us relating to children and minors under the age of 18 years without the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will delete such Personal Data without undue delay as soon as reasonably possible, including where necessary deleting the account/username opened by the minor.

What’s a cookie?

Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel provided by the social network Facebook on our website for purposes of analysis and optimization and for the commercial operation of our website. This tool is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (‘Facebook’). For this form of data processing, we are joint data controllers with Facebook, as described in Art. 26 of the GDPR.

The Facebook Pixel makes it possible for Facebook to identify visitors of our website as target groups for displaying ads (‘Facebook ads’). Therefore, we use the Facebook Pixel to display our Facebook ads only to Facebook users who have shown interest in our online product offering, or who show certain characteristics (e.g. interests in specific topics or products that are determined based on the websites they have visited), which we share with Facebook (i.e. ‘custom audiences’).

By using the Facebook Pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads match the potential interests of users and do not cause any inconvenience. Furthermore, by using the Facebook Pixel, we can evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether the user was redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (i.e. ‘conversion’).

The Privacy Shield Framework is an agreement between the European Union and the United States, which is designed to ensure compliance with European data protection regulations in the United States. LinkedIn

On our pages we use the so-called Insight Tag of the social network LinkedIn. This is used by the LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereafter “LinkedIn”).

The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a small JavaScript code snippet that we have added to our website.

The LinkedIn Insight tag allows us to collect information about visits to our website, including URL, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamps and page views. This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personally identifiable information with us, but only provides aggregated reports about the website’s audience and display performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for site visitors, which allows us to use this data to display targeted advertising outside our site without identifying the member. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal information for advertising purposes in their account settings.

1. The purpose and legal basis of data processing
The LinkedIn Insight tag is used for the purpose of providing detailed campaign reporting and information about visitors to our website and thus our advertising and marketing interests. As a LinkedIn marketing solutions customer, we use the LinkedIn Insight tag to track conversions, retarget our site visitors, and gather additional information about the LinkedIn members who view our ads. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. Details on data collection (purpose, scope, further processing, use) as well as your rights and setting options can be found in the LinkedIn data protection information. 2. The length of time that data is stored
The data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days.
As a user, you can also decide at any time whether to execute the Java-Script code required for the tool via your browser settings. By changing the settings in your Internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the execution of Java-Script and thus prevent it from being saved. Note: If the execution of Java-Script is deactivated, it is possible that not all functions of the website can be used to their full extent.

3. Opportunity to object and to have the data removed / Opt-Out
If you are a LinkedIn member and do not want LinkedIn to collect information about you through our website and link it to your membership information held by LinkedIn, you must log out of LinkedIn before visiting our website. As part of the joint responsibility with LinkedIn, you can exercise your rights as a data subject in accordance with Article 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 GDPR both with LinkedIn and with us.
