Max Cohen is Senior Vice President and General Manager of DRS RADA Technologies, a business unit of Leonardo DRS, a role he assumed in July 2026. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of RADA Sensors Inc. and joined RADA in 2018 as Executive Vice President for the U.S. market.
Before joining RADA, Mr. Cohen served 26 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his military career, he led the development of air picture command-and-control systems and radars and managed a national program addressing emerging drone threats. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and completed graduate coursework in electrical engineering at Tel Aviv University.
