Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, and follow up on feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (possible from agency).
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
